International deliveries for cushions and other items incur an extra cost. For further information on Customs Duties and whether or not we ship to your country please contact us.

Returns

How to Return  

 

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – you have 28 days to return your items and all returns are complimentary.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

If the item is damaged in transit or you aren't satisfied with a customised item, we'll aim to fix any issues and if you're still not happy, you’ll get a full, no quibble refund.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

Online orders can be exchanged free of charge. Simply post the item back to us providing us with proof of posting and we will replace your item within 5 working days.
